The first weeks with a new baby. The age your kids are right now, the age you keep saying you don’t want to forget. I photograph families at home outdoors, in the middle of their actual lives. No studio. No props. No asking anyone to sit still.
I’m a mother of three. I know what a child’s mood shift looks like at thirty seconds’ notice. I know the face a toddler makes right before they’re done. I don’t need your house to be tidy or your children to cooperate. I just need you to let me in and I’ll handle everything from there. I don’t add to the chaos. I work inside it.
